FERROPERM started its production of Ferrites already in 1952.

FERROPERM is a small sized manufacturer and therefore has a high
degree of flexibility.

FERROPERM is specialized in the development and manufacture of
high frequency Nickel-Zinc Ferrites in permeabilities from 5 to 1500
with low loses..

FERROPERM grade Px 75 has particular good frequency
characteristics. Our flexibility in production and engineering offers to
the customer short lead times and the design and production of Ferrite
parts to the customers specification.

MATERIALS

There are two main classes of Ferrites, the Manganese-Zinc (MnZn) and
the Nickel-Zinc (NiZn) Ferrites.

FERROPERM is only producing Nickel-Zinc Ferrites and not the
Manganese-Zinc Ferrites which are used in the low frequency range up to
1-2 MHz.. The main application areas for Manganese-Zinc Ferrites are
for power electronics and for low frequency inductors. Nickel-Zinc Ferrites
are the high frequency Ferrites usable in the frequency range from 1-2 MHz
to 5-600 MHz depending on material composition. The main application
areas are for EMI suppression and telecommunication.
