FERROPERM was registered in Denmark in May 1952, with the following business areas to produce Iron dust cores, soft ferrites and ceramic capacitors.

In 1957 the business was transferred into a limited company, Industriselskabet Ferroperm A/S.

In 1958 FERROPERM Piezoelectric Division and in 1977 the Thin Film Optics started their activities.

In 1989 the Ceramic Capacitors division was sold.

In July 1998 the Magnetic Materials Division, was sold to the initiator of FERROPERM, and was established as FERROPERM Magnetics A/S.

FERROPERM has now three product areas:

• Ferrite cores
• Permanent magnetics

FERROPERM is a High Tech Company and it has over the years forged
strong links with technical institutions and other companies in
various countries.
